What Came Before Speakers
Speakers back in the day weren’t as popular that they are nowadays. Now they have more high tech speakers like he booms.
Horns were one of the first types of speakers. Horns didn't use electricity they were very loud. Horns came out in the 1880s went to 1920s. Horns used no electricity whatsoever. Horns did not eco sound that much. Horns were the olden day speakers that we have now. Thomas Edison, Magnavox, and victrola developed horns.
Radiogram is a piece of furniture in the home. Radiogram is made in the UK. A radiogram British English. Radiogram is a piece of furniture that combined a radio and record player in one. The word radiogram means portmanteau of radio and gramophone. The corresponding term is an American English is the console.
Radios are a piece of furniture in the home. Radios were made in the 1930s. The broadcast stations are from the U.S.A they did alone. Radios are a center of entertainment at night time events. Radios are a centerpiece in the living room. Radios took a long time to turn and off. Guglielmo Marconi did invent the radio.
Radios and radiogram are both a type of speakers and horns are the more olden speaker. More modern speakers are more high tech then the olden days.
